Shipping & Returns

By processing your order and payment with Shore Country you are accepting the following terms and conditions regarding shipping and the delivery of your purchase.

All orders are processed and packed within 1-3 days of confirming your order excluding weekends.


SHIPPING

Shipping Costs:

Free standard shipping when you spend over $150

  • Standard Flat Rate - $12
  • Express Rate - $15

 

Estimated Shipping Times:

  • Standard – 2 to 8 business days
  • Express - 1 to 4 business days

Please note expected delivery dates are only an estimate.

The expected delivery time of your order depends on the Australia Post delivery schedule. Metro locations intended for delivery can expect their order earlier than regional areas.

Please allow additional time for delivery during high peak periods dependant on the time of year, holiday periods and weekends. We are not responsible for packages being delayed in transit.

 

Tracking your Order:

Once you have placed an order you will receive an order confirmation from us with your order number. Once your order has been dispatched you will also receive an email with your tracking information. 

If you haven’t received a tracking email from us, please contact infoshorecountry@gmail.com and we will be able to follow this up for you.

 

International Shipping

  • ALL International orders may be subject to customs inspections and import taxes unique to your country, based on items being over a certain value set by your local authority.
  • This is not within our control and we cannot pre pay these taxes. We advise contacting your local customs office to find out if/and how much these taxes may be.
  • Shore Country will not mark your package as a "sample" or "gift" to avoid these taxes. Honesty is always the best policy!
  • Once exported from Australia, parcels are transferred to your countries most reliable shipping service. For the most detailed tracking updates, please check your tracking through your countries courier website directly.

 

Additional Information:

It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct shipping information and address for an order. If the wrong delivery address is provided after the order has been shipped, Shore Country cannot offer reimbursement for your order.  

If you require to change your delivery address please contact us as soon as possible for the best chance of receiving your order at your intended delivery location. 

Once an order is dispatched, we are no longer responsible for parcels which are lost, damaged, stolen or delayed during transit.



RETURNS & EXCHANGES

General information 

Shore Country would like you to be happy with the purchases that you make.  As a consumer, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.  You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure is not a major failure.

  • All returns must be received within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Face mask, underwear and earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons
  • Gift cards can not be returned and are not redeemable for cash.
  • Please ensure all items are packaged securely and arrive back to us in their original, unworn condition. Including tags, boxes, casing, etc. We reserve the right to deny any item that does not meet these requirements.
  • Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email from our team.
  • Final Sale items can not be returned for a refund unless deemed faulty.
